Many Ways to Use Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 1 red onion - small
  • 1-2 jalapenos
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch cilantro - small
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice - fresh or bottled

Instructions

  • Dice all ingredients into very small pieces.
  • Simply mix together the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos and the salt.
  • Stir in the lime juice, mixing well.
  • Mix in the diced cilantro and blend well with other ingredients.
  • Store in airtight container and consume with a day or two.  it tastes best fresh!
