Personal pizzas made with premade crust in the Air Fryer. Included are directions to make pepperoni, Mediterranean, and Margherita Pizza.
Premade Pizza Crust
This recipe uses premade pizza crust found in the pasta section in most pizza stores. They're convenient and easy to use to make great-tasting pizzas.
They're also easy for kids to use to make lunch because you don't have to knead the dough to make a crust! It's perfect for little ones learning how to cook and helps kids get familiar with the kitchen.
Pizza Toppings
Pizzas are fun to make because of how creative you can get with the toppings. My kids enjoy the classic pepperoni pizza or even just a cheese topping. I enjoy a more flavorful pizza with different toppings. Two of my favorite are Margherita pizza and Mediterranean Pizza.
For a Margherita Pizza:
- Margherita pizza sauce
- Cubed Mozzarella cheese
- Plum Tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
For a Mediterranean Pizza:
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Diced white onion
- Sun-dried Tomatoes
- Fresh spinach
- Fresh basil leaves
Air Fryer Personal Pizzas
Depending on the air fryer you have, the number of batches you have to make the pizzas in may differ. If you have a basket-style air fryer, making these pizzas will require more batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
If you have an oven-style air fryer, you will most likely be able to make these personal pizzas in 1 or 2 batches. When only making two of these personal pizzas in my Instant Pot Vortex air fryer, I only have to make one batch.
To make these air fryer personal pizzas, you will need these settings:
- Air Fry setting at 325°
- Time setting set to 10 minutes.
- If using an oven-style air fryer, you will need to rotate the racks about halfway so they air fry evenly.

Air Fryer Personal Pizzas
Ingredients
Margherita Pizza
- ½ cup Margherita sauce
- ½ cup fresh mozzarella - cut into chunks
- ¼ cup plum tomatoes - sliced
- fresh basil
Mediterranean Pizza
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
- ¼ cup white onion - sliced
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- fresh Spinach
- fresh basil
Pepperoni Pizza
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese - shredded
- ½ cup pepperonis
Instructions
- Remove the premade pizza crust from packaging and place the desired amount of sauce on the crust.
- Place desired toppings on the pizza. If topping with spinach or basil, place them on the pizzas after air frying so they don't blow around!
- Set the air fryer to 325°F
- Set the time to 10 minutes.
- Air fry the pizzas in batches depending on the size of the air fryer.
