  • cream cheese, softened
  • Rotel (original tomatoes with green chilies)
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • red onion, chopped

This sauce is made somewhat like McDonald's Big Mac sauce but is even better.

  • mayonnaise (light or regular)
  • pickle relish
  • apple cider vinegar
  • granulated sugar
  • salt
  • onion powder
  • paprika
  • garlic powder

How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

Preheat the oven - Preheat the oven to 375ºF

Brown the beef and cook the bacon - Cook the bacon until crispy and place the bacon onto a paper towel-lined plate to absorb grease. Cook and crumble the beef until no longer pink and drain the grease. Set aside.

Layer the ingredients - In an oven-safe skillet, spread the softened cream cheese in an even layer onto the bottom of the skillet.

Spread the crumbled ground beef evenly on top of the cream cheese followed by the Rotel. Top with half of the crumbled bacon.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef.

Bake - Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.

Prepare the toppings and the sauce - While the bacon cheeseburger dip is in the oven, chop the dill pickles, red onion, and romaine lettuce.

Combine the mayo, pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder together until combined well.

Serve - Once the Bacon Cheeseburger Dip is out of the oven, top it with the chopped lettuce, dill pickles, and red onion. Layer with the remaining bacon.

When ready to serve, drizzle the special sauce on top of the dip or serve the sauce in condiment bowls.

Can You Make Bacon Cheeseburger Dip Ahead of Time?

You can make this bacon cheeseburger dip ahead of time by baking it in an oven-safe skillet. Allow the dip to cool before storing it in the refrigerator.

To reheat, preheat the oven to 350ºF and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with the toppings and serve with the sauce as desired.

This dip will last 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator when stored properly.

How to Serve Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

Serve this cheeseburger dip with pretzels, pita chips, crackers, and/or tortilla chips. A sliced Baguette roll is another option for serving this fun party dip.
