Steak & Chicken Crockpot Fajitas
This Steak & Chicken Crockpot Fajitas recipe is one that our whole family loves.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¾ lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1 packet Fajita Mix
Brown sliced steak in skillet.
Layer half of the peppers and onion on bottom of crockpot.
Place chicken on top of veggies followed by steak strips
Pour drained can of tomatoes with chiles over top of meat
Sprinkle packet of Fajita Mix over tomatoes
Squeeze lime juice over top of mixture in crockpot.
Cover crockpot and cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours
When ready to serve, shred chicken and mix all ingredients together.
Serve with tortillas, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. Enjoy!
