It takes just a few steps to make zucchini fries in the air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and set the time to 9 minutes.
Prepare the zucchini- Wash and cut the zucchini lengthwise then slice the zucchini again in half. Cut the zucchini into ½ inch thickness. Cut the fries into the same thickness for even air frying. Pat the fries dry.
Prepare the breading- In a shallow bowl, combine the panko crumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir in the garlic powder and the onion powder.
Prepare the egg wash- Lightly beat the eggs until combined in a shallow dish.
