– Salted butter – Granulated Sugar – Eggs – Baking Soda – All-purpose flour – Pistachios – White chocolate chip morsels – Pistachio instant pudding

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 350°

Mix the wet ingredients

Combine the softened butter and the sugar together in a bowl. Beat in the eggs and add in the instant pudding mix.

Add the dry ingredients

Add the flour and baking soda and combine well until soft dough forms.

Add the candy and nuts

Stir in the white chocolate chips and the crushed pistachios.

Scoop the cookie dough

Scoop by 1.5 tablespoons (or use a #40 cookie scoop) and place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 9-12 minutes, or until bottoms are lightly browned.
