– Chili powder – Ground cumin – Salt – Black pepper – Onion powder – Garlic powder – Paprika – Ground beef – Dark red kidney beans – Diced tomatoes – Green pepper – Onion

Set the Instant Pot to saute and add the ground beef green pepper, and onion. Cook until no longer pink, drain the grease, and deglaze the pot.

Deglaze

Scrape off any stuck on bits from the bottom of the liner before pressure cooking.

Layer the ingredients

Layer the remaining ingredients ending with the beef broth. DO NOT STIR

Add the remaining ingredients

Layer the kidney beans, pinto beans, and black beans. Top with the diced tomatoes and the lime juice.

Pressure Cook

Set Instant Pot to Manual for 10 minutes. Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before removing the lid.
