Instructions
In a large bowl, stir the sour cream together with the dried dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt.
Stir in the salsa and until well blended.
Stir in the shredded cheese.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
