Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine. Save ⅓ cup for rolling.
Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
Scoop and roll into 12 equal-sized balls.
Roll balls in reserved ⅓ cup of Oreo crumbs.
Break mini Oreos in half and press into sides for spider legs.
Add candy eyeballs on top.
Chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet until firm. Store in the fridge.
