Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Cut parchment paper to fit cookie sheet and roll out refrigerated pie crust.
Starting in the center, sprinkle ¼ cup granulated sugar. Spread sugar on pie crust and leave a 2 inch rim.
Starting from the furthest from center, place berries in a circular motion until berries meet in the center.
Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup sugar.
Fold in pie crust to overlap around pie.
Use egg wash on edges of pie crust.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until crust is golden.
