Ingredients

box white cake mix

eggs

cup
vegetable oil

blueberries
rinsed
Glaze
¾
cup
lemon juice

cup
confectioner's sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
Line with parchment paper or grease a 9x9 baking dish
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and oil together.
Beat in the white cake mix.
Fold in the rinsed blueberries.
Spread evenly into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Check the center with a toothpick for doneness.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before glazing.
To prepare glaze, combine the lemon juice4 and the confectioner's sugar until smooth.
Pour over cooled cake.
Notes
To prevent the glaze from sinking into the cake, make sure that cake has completely cooled before glazing.
