White Chocolate Chip Green Velvet Cookies

These Green Velvet Cookies with white chocolate chips are a fun cookie to serve for St. Patrick's Day or during the spring season.

– Unsalted butter – Light brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Egg – White vinegar


Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.


Melt the unsalted butter either on the stovetop or in the microwave.


In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.


Beat in the egg and egg yolk, vanilla extract, vinegar, and green food coloring and mix until combined and smooth.


In a separate bowl sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to combine.
