Heart  Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut ButterUnsalted ButterAll-purpose flourSaltBaking PowderBrown SugarGranulated Sugar12 oz melting wafers

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 350°

Combine the wet ingredients

Beat the softened butter together with the granulated sugar and the brown sugar. Add in the peanut butter and the vanilla extract. Next, beat in the eggs until fluffy.

Combine the dry ingredients

Combine the baking powder, salt, and all-purpose flour in a separate bowl.

Make the cookie dough

Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until soft dough forms.

Use a cookie cutter

Roll cookie dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on parchment paper or silicone mat lined baking sheets. Use the back of a spoon to flatten the dough into a 2-inch circle. Use a 2" heart cookie cutter to cut the heart shape out of the circle.

Bake & Dip in Chocolate

Bake in the oven for 9-11 minutes. Oven temperatures may vary. Dip half of the completely cooled cookie into the chocolate and gently shake excess chocolate off.
