– Pork tenderloin – Bourbon – Soy sauce – Lemon juice – Worchestershire sauce – Brown sugar

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and create a foil packet.

Make the bourbon sauce that will go with the tenderloin.

Combine sauces and seasonings

Add the pork tenderloin to the marinade and allow to marinate overnight.

Marinate the pork

Place the marinated pork tenderloin into the center of the sheet pan.

Nestle the pork in the packet

Combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Toss slices potatoes into olive oil mixture.

Prepare the potatoes for roasting.
