– Chocolate cake mix – Eggs – Milk – Vegetable oil – Sour cream – Unsalted butter – Shortening

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350°. Line 2 muffin tins with cupcake liners or spray tins with PAM non-stick cooking spray.

Combine eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until well blended.

Combine wet ingredients

Add in chocolate cake mix and stir until well blended.

Slowly add dry ingredients

Stir in sour cream and mix until fluffy. Fill liners about halfway full.

Slowly add dry ingredients

Bake for about 15-18 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.
