Lemon RASPBERRY 

– Granulated sugar – Unsalted butter – Eggs – Lemon zest – Lemon juice – Sour cream – Milk – All purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the 9x5 loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine all but 2 tablespoons of the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix the unsalted butter with the granulated sugar until it is light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs next and mix in the lemon zest and juice. Stir in the sour cream until combined.

Add eggs and lemon zest

Gently mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Do not overmix.
