– French bread loaf – Eggs – Half and half – Milk – Sugar – Vanilla – Butter – Brown sugar

INGREDIENTS

Crack eggs in a large bowl. Cut the french bread loaf into bite-sized pieces and add to the egg mixture.

Soak bread in egg mixture

Add in the half and half and milk. Next, add melted butter, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add the other ingredients in

Add in 1 cup of the blueberry filling* and mix to cover well. Grease and pour into a 7" springform pan.

Add 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot liner. Place the springform pan on a sling.

Prepare the Instant Pot

Set to MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK for 25 minutes.
