Easy Turkey Pot Pie

This pot pie is quick and easy and uses a gravy mix and packaged biscuit mixes.

– Chopped turkey  – Butter – Flour – Onion

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 400°. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.

Add the chopped carrots, celery, potatoes, and onions to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, parsley, thyme, pepper, and rosemary. Stir in the chopped turkey.

Prepare the gravy according to the package directions. Pour gravy into the pot pie filling.

Stir to combine well. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes.
