BLACK Bean

– Cream cheese – Sour cream – Jalapeno – Chili powder – Ground cumin – Lime juice – Queso Fresco

INGREDIENTS

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Drain and rinse the cans of black beans and add them to a food processor.

Drain the beans

Add the softened cream cheese as well as the sour cream.

Add cream cheese

Add the lime juice, sliced jalapeno, chili powder, and ground cumin.

Add the herbs and spices

Top with crumbled Queso Fresco and Monterey Jack cheese. Blend the until smooth.

Add shredded cheese

Spoon the dip mixture into a greased oven safe skillet.

Spread mixture in the skillet
