Brown Sugar

Chocolate

– Light brown sugar – Unsalted butter – Salt – Semi-sweet chocolate chips – Vanilla extract – Evaporated milk

INGREDIENTS

Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Melt the sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and salt and bring to a boil.

Prepare the mixture

Stir constantly and boil for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and vanilla.

Simmer and stir

Next, pour into the 8x8 dish and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Cream together

Cut into 24 squares and store them in the refrigerator.

Slice the whole fudge

Decorate the fudge squares with crushed peppermint.
