Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ cups toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Stir in toffee bits.
- Using a #30 cookie scoop, portion the dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet 10 minutes, then move to a cooling rack.
