Prepare strawberries by hulling them. Sprinkle the 2 tablespoon of sugar on the strawberries and place them in the refrigerator to chill for about 15 minutes.
Leave a few strawberries for garnish.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 14 scoops of strawberry ice cream into a blender.
Add in the milk and vanilla.
Place 6 drops of red food coloring into the blender.
Blend until the desired consistency.
Add in the desired amount of strawberries and blend until the strawberries are small bits - it takes just a few seconds.
Serve with whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
