Ingredients
Peanut Butter Layer

softened to room temperature

peanut butter

vanilla extract

powdered sugar

Chocolate Layer

chocolate chips

Instructions
Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper (for easy removal) or lightly coat with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until combined.
Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until a thick dough forms.
Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Lift out using parchment paper and slice into bars.
Notes
Regular peanut butter works best for texture and firmness.
Chill fully before slicing for clean edges.
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
