Low-sodium (sub for vegetable broth for Vegan)

cloves
garlic

ground ginger
or ½ cup fresh ginger
cilantro

Instructions
Instant Pot Directions
Rinse the Jasmine rice and add it to the Instant Pot.
Add the garlic and ginger, stir.
Pour in the low sodium chicken broth, do not stir but make sure the rice is submerged.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK for 4 minutes.
Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes before removing the lid.
Fluff with a fork and serve. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
Stovetop Directions (ingredient amounts slightly vary, take note)
Rinse rice and add to a medium saucepan.
Add the ginger and garlic, stir.
Pour in 4 ½ cups of low sodium chicken broth (or vegetable broth).
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover, cook for about 18 minutes.
Remove from heat, leave covered and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, fluff rice with a fork, and sprinkle with cilantro.
