Add the chocolate chips to microwave safe bowl and heat in 20-second increments, stirring after each time.
Fill a blender with 6 cups of ice.
Add the granulated sugar, chocolate syrup, hot cocoa mix, and milk.
Blend the ingredients.
Add the melted chocolate and blend until combined.
Divide between (4) 12-ounce glasses evenly.
Top with whipped cream, dehydrated marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle.
