Pasta Salad

3 cups rotini pasta
1 cup sliced baby dills
¼ cup dill pickle juice
½ cup diced red onion
½ cup diced mini bell peppers

Dressing Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and toss with pickle juice.

Prepare the pickles, red onion, and peppers by chopping the pickles and dicing the red onion and mini peppers.
