Ingredients

All purpose flour Baking powder Sugar Eggs Oil

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.  Make sure to get bottom and sides.

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together.

Add in the vanilla extract, zest, lemon juice, salt, and oil.

Add in the baking powder, and sour cream. Slowly add in the flour, beating until well blended.
