Ingredients

Unsalted butter Shortening Granulated sugar Eggs All-purpose flour Cream of tartar

Preheat the oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the softened butter and the shortening. Beat together well.

Directions

Beat in the sugar and eggs until creamy and smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.

Beat the dry mixture into the large bowl of wet ingredients.

Pinch and roll the dough into 1-inch pieces and roll into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
