– Sirloin steak – Red pepper – Orange pepper – Onion – Lime juice – Butter – Lime

INGREDIENTS

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.

Prepare the skillet

Allow the butter to melt and add the steak.

Sear the steak

Combine the fajita seasoning and sprinkle half on one side of strips, flip and  sprinkle the rest.

Season the steak

Flip to brown the steak on all sides. Slice the steak into strips against the grain.

Set aside before slicing

Add the sliced peppers and onions and cook for about 5 minutes.

Sauté the vegetables
