– Unsalted butter – Light brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Peanut butter – Egg – Vanilla extract – All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Salt – Reese’s Pieces
Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the dry ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Make the cookie dough
Preheat your oven to 350ºF and line cookie sheets with parchment and set aside. Gently stir in 1 cup of Reese’s Pieces.
Scoop the cookie dough
Using a #40 (1.6 tablespoons) cookie scoop or rolling dough by scooping 1.5 tablespoons, roll the cookie dough around in a ball. Roll the ball around on the plate of granulated sugar.
Put cookie dough on cookie sheets
Place each ball of cookie dough onto parchment paper-lined cookie sheets 2 inches apart. Carefully use the tines of a fork to press down on the cookie making an X with the tines.
