Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 10 cup Bundt cake pan well and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until it is well combined.

Add in one egg at a time, then add in the vanilla. Mix in the sour cream.

Add wet ingredients

Combine together the flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.

Mix dry ingredients together

Dice and add the peaches into the flour mixture and stir.

Chop the peaches
