CHEESECAKE

INSTANT POT

– Cream cheese – Eggs – Irish Cream – Vodka – Granulated sugar – Cornstarch – Dark chocolate bar – Vanilla extract – Sour cream – Water

INGREDIENTS

Make the crust

Preheat the oven to 325°. Finely crush the chocolate sandwich cookies including cream filling.

Add melted butter

Add the melted butter and combine well with the crushed cookies. Line a 7-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

Press crust into the pan and bake

Add the crushed cookie mixture to the pan and press along the bottom of the pan and up the sides. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.

Make the Mudslide Cheesecake Filling

Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate bar. Allow the chocolate to cool. Then add the cream cheese to a food processor.

Blend the cheese and sugar

Blend the cream cheese and add the granulated sugar. Next, add in the Irish Cream, Vodka, vanilla extract, cool and melted dark chocolate, sour cream, and cornstarch.
