tablespoon olive oil garlic clove tablespoon butter white onion ribs celery carrot chicken broth oz gnocchi cup flour cups half & half cup spinach cups rotisserie chicken teaspoon thyme salt and pepper

Prep the veggies by dicing, chopping, and julienne to prepare for sauteeing. Add the olive oil, garlic, and other vegetables and saute.
Stir in the chicken broth, thyme, and rotisserie chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the flour, half and half, and gnocchi. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
Stir in the spinach before serving and enjoy! Garnish with mozzarella!!
