What you need to make caramel corn:
10 cups popped popcorn 1 cup salted butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1/3 cup light corn syrup 2 teaspoon sea salt
Combine melted butter and brown sugar. Bring to a low boil and add corn syrup. Boil for a few minutes, remove from heat and pour over popcorn.
Toss the caramel onto the popcorn and spread it in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
