Sour Cream Coffee Cake Muffins

These muffins have a streusel topping made with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

– Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar – Brown sugar – Eggs – Salt

Preheat the oven to 425°. Line a muffin tin with liners or grease the tin well.

In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and the brown sugar.
