Salsa Verde Chicken Chili

Creamy chicken chili made with salsa verde, jalapenos, and heavy cream. 

This chicken chili packs some heat and is full of flavor.

Boneless chicken breasts Butter Onion Jalapeños Garlic cloves Cumin Onion powder Salt Chicken broth Small white beans Diced green chilies Salsa verde Heavy cream

Add the butter and saute the onion, garlic, and jalapenos.

Step 1

Add broth and deglaze the pot.  Sprinkle in the seasonings and add the chicken. 

Step 2

Pour the green chilies and salsa verde on top of the chicken and top everything off with the beans. 

Step 3

Pressure cook the salsa verde chicken chili for 15 minutes. Allow a 10 minute natural release.

Step 4

Garnish with mozzarella cheese, sliced jalapenos, avocado, and cilantro. 

Step 5
