Instant Pot 

Pesto

– Rotini pasta – Butter – Salt – Pepper – Basil pesto – Cream cheese – Spinach

INGREDIENTS

Add the rotini pasta to the inner liner of the Instant Pot.

Prepare the pasta

Add the broth and gently press the pasta to submerge.

Pour broth to the Instant Pot

Add the butter, salt, and pepper. Close the lid and the vent.

Add butter and seasonings

Once the pot has done pressure cooking, carefully and intermittently "quick release" the pressure.

Set to MANUAL/HIGH PRESSURE

Then mix in the basil pesto, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan.

Add cream cheese
