CORN AND PEPPER

– Unsalted Butter – White Chocolate – Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Granulated Sugar – All-purpose flour  – Baking Powder – Salt – Milk – Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS

Set Instant Pot to SAUTE and add butter. Stir in the mini sweet bell peppers, potatoes, onion, and garlic.

Sauté the vegetables

Saute for about 3 minutes. Press CANCEL and add in the chicken broth, salt, and pepper.

Pour the broth

Close the lid and set to MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK for 5 minutes.

Set pressure cooker for 5 minutes

Allow a 5-minute Natural Pressure Release and then remove the lid.

Set the Instant Pot back to SAUTE and add in the super sweet corn and heavy cream. Sauté for another 3 minutes, serve.
