Christmas Cookie Bars

Christmas Cookie Bars are a delightful holiday treat, featuring a soft and chewy sugar cookie base that is generously iced with a layer of flavorful frosting.

– Unsalted butter – Cream cheese – Granulated sugar – Egg – Vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper with an overhang for easy removal.


Combine the softened unsalted butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Beat the granulated sugar until light and fluffy.


Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the spoon and leveled all-purpose flour and the salt.


Slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.


Place the cookie dough inside the lined baking dish and spread evenly across the dish.
