Pumpkin Marble Cake

– All-purpose flour – Canned pure pumpkin – Cinnamon – Ground cloves – Ground nutmeg – Ground ginger – Unsweetened cocoa – Sour Cream – Instant coffee granules – Unsalted butter – Granulated sugar – Light brown sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Baking Powder – Salt – Sour Cream

INGREDIENTS

Prepare the oven and pans

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare the (2) 8x4 loaf pans by either greasing and flouring or lining them with parchment paper.

Combine the sugars and butter

Beat together the brown sugar & granulated sugar together with butter until smooth.

Add to the wet ingredients

Add eggs one at a time including the egg yolk and add the vanilla extract.

Combine the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently beat in the dry ingredients until moistened. Add in the sour cream.

Divide the batter

Divide the batter into two equal parts and place each batter half in a separate bowl.
