Ingredients

Granny Smith apples Unsalted butter All-purpose flour Eggs Baking Powder

Prepare a 9-inch springform pan. Beat the softened butter together with the granulated sugar until smooth.

Directions

Add the eggs one at a time until light and fluffy. Sift together the baking powder, salt, and all-purpose flour together in a bowl.

Beat half of the flour into the wet ingredients followed by half of the milk. Beat the remaining flour mixture with the milk and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in ¾ of the prepared apples. Pour into a 9-inch springform pan.

Top with the remaining apples. Drizzle the apples with half of the caramel sauce and top with the streusel topping.
