– Cream cheese – Eggs – Heavy cream – Granulated sugar – Cornstarch – Vanilla extract – Butter flavoring

INGREDIENTS

Combine the graham crackers, brown sugar, salt, and pecans in a food processor.

Preheat oven to 325°

Pour in the melted butter. Process the ingredients until it is finely ground.

Add butter to bind the crust

Grease the sides and bottom of pan or by lining with parchment paper.

Prepare springform pan

Reserve ⅓ cup of the crust mixture for the top of the cheesecake.

Set aside some crust

Pour the remaining crust into the cheesecake pan and evenly spread the mixture on the bottom and up onto the sides.

Press the crust into pan
