– Mayonnaise, light or original – Shredded cheddar cheese – Sliced scallions – Crispy Bacon – Garlic powder
Coarsely chop the bacon and slice the scallions. Reserve some for garnish. Add the two cups of mayonnaise to a large bowl and sprinkle with the garlic powder. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the mayonnaise as well as the bacon and the scallions. Mix to combine the ingredients well and transfer to a bowl for serving. Garnish with additional cheddar cheese and the reserved bacon and scallions.
Wash, Cut, Slice, and Dry your veggie dippers. Choose your crackers and lay them out onto your charcuterie board.
